Sound Healing
Sound Healing techniques have been practiced for thousands of years. This type of therapy has gained popularity in western medicine as a result of studies conducted on its therapeutic value and people looking for alternatives to modern medicine. Sound therapy is a relaxation technique to help reduce stress, anxiety and other ailments. Over time, they can help improve mental health and generally improve quality of life. If you're new to the idea of sound healing, it's generally defined as the use of therapeutic tones and vibrations to bring harmony to the body, mind and spirit. Many have turned to sound and frequency therapy to help ease their body of physical and emotional pain. It has even been used to help release past traumas. In a world that has become so noisy, it's easy to forget that sound is one of the most powerful tools we have for healing. I am certified in Crystal Singing Bowls, Sound Healing Tuning Forks, Tibetan Brass Bowls, and Crystal and Chakra Balancing through Life Changing Energy with Vickie Gould. These classes are certified through the CMA, Complimentary Medical Association.

Reiki Consultation
75 minutes $75.00
If you are looking to have a plan dedicated to you for your wellness, this is the place you want to be! We will discuss what your goals are and what form of Reiki treatment would work best for you. We can also plan out a package deal for your sessions. This session also includes a mini Reiki Treatment. Not required, but highly suggested.
Reiki
45 minutes $50.00
A "mini" Reiki treatment. I focus on the Chakras to get your energy flowing. You still receive the full benefits of Reiki, but if your time is limited, this is a good option. You are fully clothed and will receive a short guided slow down to help you relax, and a guided wake up.
Full Body Reiki
75 Minutes $80
Using the traditional hand placements for Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, I go around the entire body to various areas to send the energy. This is optimal for relaxation time and to allow the body to receive the full benefits of the energy sent to you. Upon request, you can also have crystals placed around your body. You are fully clothed and will have a short guided slow down, to help you relax, and a guided wake up.
Reiki with Crystal and Vibration Healing
40 minutes $60
Relax with an extra powerful Reiki session as I hold a crystal on each Chakra and use a weighted tuning fork to bring out each specific vibration for deeper healing.

If you have never had Sound Healing, and want to work on a plan for your wellness, this is the place to start! We will go over any health issues you may have, what your goal is ,whether it be to help with trauma, anxiety, or better sleep. Prior to the session, we will talk on the phone to verify specific health issues that will prevent Sound Therapy from being an option. 15 minute Sound Session included. We can also plan a package for your sessions.
